Food is the most intimate archive of migration. Recipes are carried across borders, folded into memory, and shared at tables where language sometimes fails. To be fed by immigrants is to taste histories of survival, resilience, and generosity,  flavors layered with journeys, sacrifices, and dreams. Our first edition focuses on the ways that immigrants have sustained communities through tradition, care, and innovation.
